Note: Please print the posters yourselves and display them in the lobby on the second floor of Building M from after 4:00 PM on the 25th through the morning of the 26th. (Taping/posting supplies will be available on site.)

Poster size: 90cm * 120cm (vertical, no punching, in English ).

We encourage the participants also to submit a poster. To submit a poster, follow the following steps:

1) Register the conference under the "Registration" panel.

2) After registration, go to "Personal conference center" located on the upper right corner of the webpage. 

3) Within personal conference center, go to "Online submission" and then click on "+ Submit abstract" to submit a poster in pdf format.

4) After online submission, the submission status will appear as "Under review" for a while. Please do NOT worry about this. We will accommodate all submitted posters as much as within our capacity, if we deem the topic aligns with the workshop.
